We do not custom-build everything from scratch like a large agency, but we aim for a standard that is good enough for a business starting out, at a fair price. We check every deliverable once more before it reaches you, and when something is beyond us, we say so and point you to specialists.

Yes. Solo founders, one-person brands and people preparing to start are all welcome. We mostly deal with the questions of the first stage.

Every fee is on the pricing page, and the estimator gives you a cost straight away. After we talk, you get a quote with the scope and amount, and we tell you in advance about any cost outside it. Ad spend and running costs such as domains are separate.

Yes. We talk in Korean, Japanese or English, and we write localized material and website copy in the local language.

A 1:1 session is one call. Reports, logo, social media and store-launch work usually take 1⁠–⁠3 weeks. A website takes 2⁠–⁠5 weeks, a booking system 1⁠–⁠4 weeks, and a piece like a product page 1⁠–⁠2 weeks.

We cannot promise sales or rankings. What we do is set out what you can do now, with evidence, and tell you when something looks difficult.
